Sleepover

Trevor had his first sleepover at our house on Friday night. We took the boys to the park to wear them out. While there they were telling the other kids they were having a sleepover and asked if they too wanted to spend the night. It was so cute to see how excited they were. We let Trevor know that only Ryan could spend the night. The boys played hard. Later that evening we put in a movie and had popcorn. The boys wanted to both sleep in Trevor's car bed so we let them start there. They stayed up until 10:30 reading books in bed. It was so cute! We had to move Trevor to the floor, once we did that they fell asleep. They did wake early. Later the next day we celebrated Scott's birthday and Khloey's birthday. Trevor loved having cake and ice cream twice in the same day!

Allie has gotten her second tooth in. Kara is starting to roll onto her tummy now. She still gets upset if we don't roll her back, but at least she is working on it. Allie is fine laying on her back playing. They can both sit up for about 15 minutes.

Double Trouble

This afternoon while the girls were suppose to be napping I heard a lot of giggling coming from their room. I went to check on them, and Kara had rolled onto her tummy giggling at Allie, while Allie was giggling back. I rolled Kara over and told them it was nap time so they just smiled at me. I checked back a few minutes later and Allie had a hold of Kara's leg. They were busy playing. They are starting to interact with each other more. It is a lot of fun to watch them together as they have recently discovered each other. The other day Trevor had crawled into their crib and was laying in the middle during their nap time. He loves his baby sisters so much!

My babies are getting so big!

Tomorrow Kara and Allison will be 7 months old! Where has the time gone? Kara's two bottom teeth came in last week. While Allie has had one bottom tooth come in, we are waiting for the second one. Both girls can sit unassisted for about 10 minutes. Trevor started tumbling today. He loved it! What a difference a year makes. He paid attention to the teacher and did what was told of him, while last year he usually wondered off and wanted to do his own thing. The last couple weeks he has been trying to give up his naps. I think it is harder on me then him. We have been enjoying the sunshine going to the parks for lunch, and having picnics in the backyard.
